agile-beaver provides professional photo restoration services including but not limited to digital scanning, damage repair, colour correction, and archival printing. Services are provided according to the scope agreed upon for each individual project.

Service Agreement

When you submit a restoration request:

• We will provide an estimate based on the information and images you provide
• A 50% deposit is required to begin work
• Final payment is due upon completion
• We will complete work within the estimated timeframe, subject to project complexity
• You will receive progress updates upon request

Ownership and Intellectual Property

Your Photographs

You retain full ownership of your original photographs and any images derived from restoration work. We claim no intellectual property rights over your photographs or the restored versions.

Our Content

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of agile-beaver and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Handling of Photographs

We handle all photographs with professional care:

• Original photographs are handled with archival gloves
• Photographs are stored in climate-controlled conditions
• We ship originals via insured, tracked mail
• Digital files are stored securely and deleted upon project completion unless archival storage is requested

Limitation of Liability

While we exercise reasonable care in handling your photographs:

• We are not liable for damage occurring during shipping by third-party carriers
• Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the value of services paid
• We recommend clients retain copies of all photographs before shipping originals
• We are not liable for sentimental or irreplaceable value of photographs

Results and Guarantees

Restoration results depend on the condition of original photographs. We provide honest assessments of achievable outcomes. If you are not satisfied with our work, we will make reasonable revisions at no charge. If we cannot achieve satisfactory results, we will refund your payment.

Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel a project before work begins for a full refund of your deposit
• Cancellation after work has begun may result in partial or no refund depending on work completed
• We reserve the right to decline projects that we determine are beyond restoration

User Conduct

When using our website and services, you agree not to:

• Submit photographs containing illegal content
• Misrepresent your ownership rights to submitted photographs
• Attempt to interfere with website functionality
• Use automated systems to access the website without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Disclaimer of Warranties
