Basic Restoration

Full Restoration
Comprehensive restoration for photographs with significant damage. We address tears, creases, water stains, heavy fading, foxing, and other substantial deterioration. This service involves meticulous hand work to rebuild damaged areas while maintaining historical accuracy.

Archive Digitization
Professional digitization for collections of ten or more photographs. We create archival-quality scans with consistent colour profiling across your entire collection. Ideal for families with extensive photo albums or organizations preserving historical records.
Includes: Calibrated scanning with colour reference charts, consistent naming convention, metadata embedding, organized digital delivery via secure transfer.
Colour Reconstruction
Thoughtful colourization of black and white photographs using historically accurate palettes. We research period-appropriate colours for clothing, settings, and skin tones. This service transforms monochrome images into natural colour while respecting the original aesthetic.
Includes: Historical colour research, careful colourization, client review and revision round, one 8x10 archival print in colour, digital files in both colour and original black and white.
Complex Reconstruction
For photographs with severe damage including large missing sections, fire damage, or extreme deterioration. Using reference photographs and period research, we carefully reconstruct lost portions of the image. This painstaking work requires significant time and expertise.

Express Service
Expedited restoration for time-sensitive projects such as memorial services, family reunions, or milestone celebrations. We prioritize your project and complete the work within five business days while maintaining our exacting quality standards.
Available for: Basic and Full Restoration services. Express fee is added to the standard service price.

Shipping Your Photographs
We accept photographs by mail and provide detailed packing instructions to ensure safe transit. Original photographs are handled with archival gloves and stored in climate-controlled conditions throughout the restoration process. We return all originals via insured shipping.
Turnaround Time
Standard restoration projects typically require two to four weeks depending on complexity and current volume. Complex reconstructions may require six to eight weeks. We provide estimated completion dates when you approve your project and communicate any changes promptly.
Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept all major credit cards and electronic bank transfers. Corporate and institutional clients may request invoicing with net-30 terms.

We want you to be completely satisfied with our work. If the restoration does not meet your expectations, we will make revisions at no additional charge. In the rare case we cannot achieve satisfactory results, we refund your payment in full.
